The threaded rods are equipped with ny-lock nuts to act as a bobbin
stopper, the curved side positioned toward the bobbin to help center it.
Wing nuts are used to hold the bobbin on. Where the rod was a little smaller
than the bobbin hole, duct tape was used at each end.

Bobbin rods were built to fit my bobbins (all thread rod cut to desired
length).
a. (top) Large rod 1/4 inch x 20 inches
b. (middle) Medium rod 3/16 inch x 24 inches
c. (bottom) Smallest rod l/8 inch welding rod with slight bend to keep
bobbin from slipping, instead of lock and wing nuts.

The motor control is a standard light dimmer. A rubber grommet is used to
restrain the power cord at the box.
