Dues are $20/year - individual, $30/year for a family. Payable yearly in January, not pro-rated. Contact us for details. You can join at any time, or just visit!
Meetings:
We meet at 9 am on the 3rd Saturday of each month September to May. While we are "dark" through the summer, we usually have a few activities going then.
Focus Areas:
Open to spinners, weavers, felters, knitters, crocheters and all other "ers" related to fiber and the fiber arts. Our membership includes hobby and production weavers, spindle & wheel spinners, needle & flat felters, basket makers and lots more. Everyone from beginners through expert and working artists are welcome. Several members currently display their art & teach or do demos at the Creamery Art Center in Hotchkiss.
Outreach:
Our programs and workshops are open to non-members. We have an annual Show & Sale the 3rd Saturday of November that is free and open to the public. Our members participate in spinning and weaving demonstrations at local fairs, festivals and events.
