How to Join:
Membership in the Guild runs from May 1st to April 30th of the following year. Individual: $30.00, Family: $45.00. Laurie Harkin-Chiasson, Membership Chair.

Meetings:
First Monday of the month (September - June) at 7:30 pm at Heartwood House, 153 Chapel Street, on the corner of Rideau Street.

Focus Areas:
Formed in 1949 with the aim of drawing together individuals interested in fibre art and crafts, particularly weaving and spinning.

Outreach:
Workshops, classes, museum demonstrations. An annual Exhibition and Sale has been held in the autumn at the Glebe Community Centre on Lyon Street, in Ottawa. Each year finds more members participating in one way or another, and the popularity of the event is widespread. Full Guild participation is encouraged in many ways, since this is not only a sale, but an exhibition.
